Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to provinces of Canada and the mainland United States.

We do not ship to remote locations such as the Canadian Territories, Alaska or Hawaii.

Free shipping is included on all our gift baskets.

How long does delivery take?

We normally ship within 3-5 days of order placement. Depending upon product availability, this may be extended to 7 days. Our trusted shipping partners are Federal Express and UPS, however other carriers may be used.

Can you deliver the gift directly to the recipient?

Yes! We can bill you and deliver your gift basket directly to the recipient.

We can also include a special message on the gift tag such as 'Can't wait to see you!! Love William'.

You can email Elsa at basketsbycouture@gmail.com to provide us with the message. Please do so within 24 hours of your purchase.

How are the gifts packaged?

Most of our products will be sold in a botanical luxurious gift bag, with a complementary gift card to personalize.

We do however, wrap certain products in traditional cellophane, such as the gardening baskets with birdhouses due to their size.

How do I track my package?

We appreciate your business!

Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email message, which includes a tracking number.

Within 48 hours you should be able to track your order online with the respective carrier.

If you do not receive the order tracking number or your tracking number does not work after 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, you may contact us.

Can I build my own basket?

Yes! If you see a few items you would like to personally add to a distinct collection, we can make it for you.

Simply email us the products and we can provide a costing for you.

Do you sell bespoke gift baskets?

Corporate gift baskets are available. We work with our partners to deliver timely bulk gift baskets to companies for employee engagement, recognition and events.
