Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to provinces of Canada and the mainland United States.

We do not ship to remote locations such as the Canadian Territories, Alaska or Hawaii.

Free shipping is included on all our gift baskets.

How long does delivery take?

We normally ship within 2-3 days of order placement. Our trusted shipping partner is Federal Express, however other carriers may be used.

Can you deliver the gift basket directly to the recipient?

Yes! We can bill you and deliver your gift basket directly to the recipient.

We can also include a special message on the gift tag such as 'Can't wait to see you!! Love William'.

You can email Elsa at basketsbycouture@gmail.com to provide us with the message. Please do so within 24 hours of your purchase.

How can I track my package?

We appreciate your business!

Once your order has been shipped you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email message, which includes a tracking number.

Within 48 hours you should be able to track your order online with the respective carrier.

If you do not receive the order tracking number or your tracking number does not work after 72 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, you may contact us.
